We want you to be completey satisfied with our products and services. If after 6 months you believe one of our products has provided absloutely no benefit, we will give you a full refund.
Our cancellation and refund policy
For products other than our public courses, please contact us by phone or email within 2 working days of placing your order if you are unhappy with the product and want to get a full and immediate refund.
We would also draw your attention to the no risk guarantee offered at the beginning of this section.

If for any reason we cannot gain access to Sage Pay's servers while you are on the phone, we will call you back once we have regained access, so we can complete your purchase.
