Design and Development Package Overview

This package option is ideal if you have:

  • an existing face-to-face course that needs to be converted or re-purposed for the virtual classroom, or
  • an entirely new virtual classroom course that needs designing from scratch.
 

The broad process

Getting your course designed and delivered, typically involves working with you to complete the following stages and tasks:

  1. Analyse existing face-to-face materials or ‘raw’ source content (if it’s an entirely new course).
  2. Define learners, scope content and define an appropriate set of measurable objectives/outcomes.
  3. Create a first draft of the course and review it with you.
  4. Refine the first draft, as required, to complete a second draft of the course.
  5. Review the second draft with you.
  6. Complete any final edits and refinements to the second draft, as required.
Process
 

What are the final deliverables?

The final deliverables are as follows:

  • PowerPoint slides for use by the trainer during the course
  • All course materials (and any accompanying workbooks) for the learners
  • Complete trainer guide
Note: we work with you at the start of the project to determine the most suitable format (or formats) for the course materials and any workbooks used by the learners.

What about pricing?

The fixed-price packages below are designed to give you clear, simple pricing with no hidden extras or nasty surprises. Pricing to complete the design and development of a virtual classroom session is as follows:

£4,250, plus VAT

Need more than 6 hours? Simply add an extra £675, plus VAT for each additional hour of course time that needs designing and developing.

So for example, a 7-hour course would cost £4,250 + £675 = Total £4,925, plus VAT.
